That’s the monthly subscription. Website setup and selected add-ons are separate and shown in your estimate.

Add what you need.
Choose a managed app, or select only the services your business needs. The app subscription includes the staff workspace, hosting, backups, maintenance and business-hours app support. We agree the scope before you commit.
For a café, that could mean a five-page website, an order-ahead app and a staff order queue: from $499/month + GST, with a $499 website setup allowance. Payment or POS connections are separately scoped. For a larger website, the setup allowance changes; the base app subscription stays the same.

What does “on Harold” mean?
Happy Monkey builds and operates the agreed system on our Harold platform. You retain your business data, with an agreed export when you leave. We retain the platform and underlying software. Your subscription covers the agreed service and ongoing care.
Can we try the core app first?
For an agreed core web/PWA pilot, the first 30 days from availability are free, with no card. Paid continuation requires separate written owner approval. Website setup, native apps and selected add-ons have their own agreed charges; the pilot does not make those services free.
Can we add more later?
Yes. Start with the useful first workflow. Extra features, connections and capacity are scoped and priced before they are added. We confirm any revised subscription with you.
When do we pay?
We agree the setup milestones and each service’s start date in your proposal. Native app billing starts when both agreed store versions are available. Annual app/AI prepayment covers 12 months at the price of ten; other services stay monthly. Cancellation, renewal and any applicable cooling-off terms are set out before acceptance.
