Remote support,
with boundaries.

A remote session begins from a customer-approved support invitation. It is not created on this public site and a technician cannot silently broaden its access.

AUTHORISED HAPPY MONKEY TECHNICIANS

MSP technician workspace

Open the authenticated HeyHarold MSP console to manage the customer case, create a setup invitation and launch an authorised support session.

Every support capability is scoped.Named technician · exact customer · exact device · support case · expiry · customer-approved screen, mouse, keyboard and system audio. Files, clipboard, microphone, passwords, recording and admin actions remain outside the grant.

CUSTOMERS NEEDING SUPPORT

Use the invitation you received.

Your invitation connects the exact device and case to Happy Monkey’s governed support workflow. Review the named technician and permissions before accepting.

If a screen says “take the session” but no device is online, stop and contact support rather than repeatedly installing or sharing a token.

Before you continue.

Simple rules prevent most support impersonation and access mistakes.

Will Happy Monkey ask for my password?

No. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or control tokens. Authenticate only inside the expected secure service.

Why does the technician console ask me to sign in?

The MSP workspace is protected because it manages customer cases and support capabilities. Public access would defeat the safety model.

What does a customer approve?

The named technician, exact device, support case, expiry and the allowed interaction surfaces. Access is not a general permission over the customer’s account or files.
